At Smoko Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
